Okay, uhm, yeah. I have no idea what made me want to write this, but it was inspired by Micky Dolenz. Apparently, he had some depression issues, and attempted suicide by plopping down in the middle of a busy road one day (or night?)
I dunno, it might be my own depression talking here, but I find it really intriguing when musicians Ifollow with interest stalk and study like some sort of rare tropical bird have had brushes with depression, I find them easier to connect to. Especially someone like Micky, because he always seems so upbeat, like he had it all together. But then again, most of the people I know with depression (including myself) are smart enough to keep it on the down-low in public.
Oh crap, self-absorbed tangent-y type thing. Oh. Well. Okay.
Don't mind me, I'm exhausted and unmedicated. As usual.

Woah. That's deep. And I didn't know that about Micky. It's always nice to know we're not the only one.
